Food Delivery Simulator launched into Early Access on December 10, 2024, and has been receiving continuous updates ever since. The developer has shipped 20+ patches and feature updates in that time, adding new vehicles (Sports Bike, Trike, Small Quad Bike, Big Quad Bike, Ghost Rider bike), map expansions, new gameplay systems (passive income via hired workers, food quality tracking, rainy day mechanics, weekly leaderboards), a complete traffic system overhaul, full controller and Steam Deck support, and a major engine upgrade to Unity 6.3 — with the most recent patch arriving on June 17, 2026. In a March 28, 2026 development update, the developer explicitly stated that after launching a separate game (Hotel Manager Simulator), they are now free to refocus on Food Delivery Simulator and plan to continue adding more content. This confirms the developer is actively engaged and has ongoing plans for the game. The game remains in Early Access, the version numbering is still in the "Beta 0.x" range, and there has been no indication that a 1.0 release is imminent or that development is winding down.
