Frog Fighters

Frog Fighters entered Steam Early Access on May 30, 2021 as a free-to-play multiplayer shooter. The developer (Diam0ndGames) was fairly active in the first year, shipping a series of feature updates: version 0.2 on June 4, 2021; version 0.3 on June 18, 2021; version 0.4 on July 30, 2021; a Halloween-themed version 0.5 on October 30, 2021; version 0.6 with a new map on January 16, 2022; and a small hotfix (0.6.1) on March 8, 2022. That hotfix is the last known communication from the developer. Since March 8, 2022, the studio has posted nothing — no updates, no roadmap, no 1.0 release plans, and no explanation for the silence. The game remains in Early Access with a version number (0.6.1) that strongly implies it was never considered finished. The developer never announced a completion date, a 1.0 roadmap, or any future content plans before going silent. Given the complete absence of developer communication for over four years against what had been a fairly regular update cadence, there is meaningful uncertainty about whether this game is still being actively developed.
