Evaluation

Full Ace Tennis Simulator launched on February 28, 2018 and has been in continuous active development since. The developer went through a difficult personal period but returned to work in early 2026, confirmed by a February 2, 2026 post stating they had received the help they needed and that "updates should now happen on a steady basis once again." That commitment has been borne out: Version 3.5.0 launched February 2, 2026, Version 3.6.0 on February 19, 2026, Version 3.7.0 on April 14, 2026, and most recently Version 3.8.0 on August 25, 2026 — followed immediately by bug-fix patches 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 on August 25–26, 2026. The 3.8.0 update delivered career training customisation, which had been listed in the store as an upcoming feature, demonstrating that the developer is actively working through their roadmap. The store description continues to list further planned improvements to the volley system and general gameplay, plus more ambitious long-term features (Career management depth, Doubles, and Female players) — though the developer is candid that the latter group has been postponed repeatedly. With a major update having shipped as recently as August 25, 2026 and the developer clearly engaged, development is ongoing.
