Fumiko!

Fumiko! launched on February 13, 2017 as a complete single-player narrative platformer. Following launch, the developer — a solo dev named Odrez — shipped a series of patches and quality-of-life improvements throughout 2017, the most substantial being the v1.1 patch on June 1, 2017, which added new content including homeworlds, dialogue, a new ability, and an overhauled menu. An Xbox One port was announced in January 2018. The final developer communication on Steam was a small bug-fix patch on November 19, 2018, which mentioned looking into additional performance improvements but contained no announcements of new content or future plans. There is no DLC listed for the game, no roadmap, no season pass, and no unreleased content of any kind. The developer's last post was on November 19, 2018, and there have been no communications of any kind since then — now over seven years ago. The game launched as a self-contained story with a clear beginning and end, and all post-launch activity consisted of polish and platform expansion rather than new story content. There is no indication from the developer that additional content was ever planned beyond what shipped.
