GENSOU Skydrift

GENSOU Skydrift launched on December 11, 2019 as a complete Touhou Project racing game featuring 20 characters, 16 courses, and online multiplayer. After launch, the developer delivered a consistent stream of feature patches — adding new courses (Redevelopment Area A, Redevelopment Area B, Heaven, and Cirno Circuit), new characters (Orin and Alice), new costumes, and balance adjustments across updates spanning from December 2019 through June 2022. The only DLC ever released was the game's soundtrack on October 19, 2020, with no unreleased DLC listed on the store. The last substantive content update was the 2.090 patch on June 23, 2022, which added the Cirno Circuit course. Since that date — now over four years ago — the developer has posted no further updates, patches, or communications of any kind. The update pattern that existed (roughly every few months) has been completely silent for well beyond the established interval. The developer has issued no roadmaps, announced no future content, and made no statements about the game's future. Given the extended silence following what appears to be the final content addition, the game is best understood as having reached its completed state with the June 23, 2022 update.
