Ghostwire: Tokyo - Prelude

Ghostwire: Tokyo – Prelude is a free-to-play visual novel released on March 8, 2022, serving as a prequel story experience leading into the main Ghostwire: Tokyo game. The store description explicitly frames it as a standalone narrative prologue, designed to be a complete, self-contained story — not a game with ongoing content updates. The only post-launch developer communication was a small bug-fix patch on March 22, 2022, which addressed audio, art, and miscellaneous issues shortly after launch. No new content, expansions, or future updates have ever been announced. The game launched as a finished product and has received no content updates beyond that initial bug fix.
