The developer (aliasBLACK) has shipped 12 numbered major updates in roughly 22 months — a consistent cadence of approximately every 6–8 weeks — with the most recent, Update 12: The Armory, arriving on August 14, 2026 (just six days before today's assessment date). A hotfix followed on August 17, 2026, confirming the team remains actively engaged. Each update has introduced meaningful new content: new weapons, bosses, game systems, augmentations, expanded language support, Steam Workshop features, and quality-of-life improvements. Update 12 added a new Armory system, permanent weapon upgrades, level-up upgrades for loot and augments, visual and audio mod support, and new Omens — demonstrating that the developer continues to build substantial new systems rather than just maintaining the existing game. The developer has not announced a 1.0 release date or declared development complete. The game remains in Early Access, and the pace and nature of updates show no signs of slowing.
