Goat Simulator 3 launched on Steam on February 15, 2024 and has received a steady stream of paid DLC and free updates ever since. Major releases include Multiverse of Nonsense (June 19, 2024), Hocus Pocus Pack (November 25, 2024), Super Duper Pack (December 12, 2024), a free "Gifts from the Rifts" update (April 1, 2025), Baadlands: Furry Road (November 19, 2025), and the Buck to the Future Pack (April 1, 2026).
On September 29, 2026 — today — Coffee Stain North announced the next DLC, "Ticket to Dizzyworld," a goat-themed amusement park expansion targeting a November 19, 2026 release date. It is already listed on the store as an unreleased DLC. This announcement was made as part of the studio's "Big Break Showcase," a publisher-wide event also covering several other Coffee Stain titles, signaling ongoing and organized development activity. The store description also explicitly states that post-launch updates have been delivered "with more to come."
There is no indication from the developer that content development is winding down. The next piece of content is already announced and dated.

Goat Simulator 3 first launched in November 2022, and since then our “game designers” have been hard at work adding even more weird and wondrous stuff. As well as all the original goat-y goodness, Steam players will be able to experience all content from the game’s post-launch updates; including the Mandatory Holiday Update, Operation Crackdown and the Shadiest Update, with more to come!
