Goats on a Bridge launched on February 6, 2015 and received post-launch patches and updates throughout 2015. The game's only major content addition after launch was Episode 2, which shipped on July 25, 2016, adding 10 new levels, new characters, collectibles, achievements, costumes, and music. That post also noted development had been delayed due to personal and health issues. Since July 25, 2016, there have been no further developer communications, no announced future content, and no unreleased DLC on the store. The sole DLC listed — the game's original soundtrack — was released on launch day. The game appears to have shipped as a complete two-episode experience, with Episode 2 representing the conclusion of planned content. No further updates or expansions have been announced or delivered in the nearly ten years since.

Goats on a Bridge adapts the classic Norwegian fairy tale, Three Billy Goats Gruff, as an inventive new platformer that has players controlling not one, but two goats at the same time. That’s twice the capra-control of Goat Simulator! Sadly, this has the makings of a tragic tale.
Tempo and Chubbs’ poor brother has been abducted by an evil troll, and it’s down to you to direct the pair as they jump, dodge and roll their way across a series of hazardous bridges to track down their lost sibling. There’ll be bizarre collectibles, accessory-selling amphibians and even an energetic corgi to help you on your adventures. Just be sure not to let your four-legged friends plummet into the water. That’d really get their goat.
