Goblin Sushi entered Early Access on February 9, 2026 and has maintained a busy update cadence ever since. The developer shipped a feature patch on February 27, 2026, then delivered the Shipwreck Restaurant update on June 18, 2026 — described as the biggest update since Early Access launch. This major update added a completely new underwater restaurant location, 13+ new goblin types, two new bosses, an Endless Mode, 12 new sushi recipes, 4 new ingredients, 2 new kitchen stations, and 53 new upgrades. A bug-fix hotfix followed on July 2, 2026. The launch announcement on February 9, 2026 included a public roadmap image showing additional planned content beyond the Water Level, indicating more updates are in the pipeline. The developer has been communicating regularly and has not announced any completion of Early Access or end of development.
