GOR3

GOR3 is a free-to-play first-person shooter that launched on December 1, 2022. The developer spent several years supporting and expanding the game, culminating in the GOR3 2.0 overhaul — a full remake of all three levels with significant gameplay improvements. This 2.0 update went through a beta phase starting November 21, 2025, received a second beta chunk on February 13, 2026, and reached its full release on May 30, 2026. In the May 30, 2026 release post, the developer explicitly stated that "major support for GOR3 will be winding down post-launch," explaining they have been working in the GOR3 universe for five years and consider this a good stopping point. They mentioned a level editor feature as something they'd like to do "in the future" but clarified they currently want to move on to other projects. The developer indicated they will still patch critical bugs, but no new content is planned. This places the game in a completed state as of May 30, 2026, when the 2.0 full release shipped and the developer communicated the conclusion of major development.
