Griefhelm

Griefhelm launched on August 20, 2020 and received a burst of post-launch activity through late 2020, including a Halloween seasonal event (Plague of Fiends, October 29, 2020) and a major gameplay overhaul in Patch 1.3 (October 11, 2020). These represent the two most substantial content additions to the game. After 2020, updates became infrequent: a feature patch in February 2023 added difficulty settings and a female body option, followed by a re-release of the Plague of Fiends event in February 2023. In 2024, two small bug fixes addressed server compatibility and a lighting issue. The most recent developer communication is a bug fix post from February 13, 2025, correcting a lighting bug and a bot AI issue. Across nearly six years, the game has seen only two major content releases — both in late 2020 — and no major content since. No unreleased DLC exists in the store listing. No roadmap, announcement, or developer statement indicates further content is planned. The developer's communications since 2020 have been limited to maintenance patches and small quality-of-life fixes. The February 2025 patch represents the last known developer activity, and its nature (a minor bug fix) is consistent with occasional maintenance rather than active content development. There is no indication from the developer that additional content is forthcoming.
