GROOVY launched on May 27, 2016 as a complete physics-based platformer with 48 arcade levels, 36 survival levels, and a full suite of content. After launch, the developer shipped a series of updates: a post-launch bug fix on May 31, 2016; Patch 1.1 on July 27, 2016 adding Steam leaderboards and balance tweaks; a visual styles update on October 26, 2016; and Update 1.2.0 on February 9, 2017, which migrated the game to a new engine version and added graphical improvements. The sole DLC — a free soundtrack pack — was released on June 3, 2016. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no developer announcements of future content, and no posts of any kind from the developer after February 9, 2017. The last nine-plus years of silence, with no roadmap, no promised content, and no ongoing update pattern, confirms the game has been complete since that final update.
