Grow: Song of the Evertree launched on November 16, 2021. Following launch, the developer shipped two post-launch updates: "Care and Prosperity" on January 11, 2022, which added new cave variety, expanded shop inventories, and various fixes; and "Winds of Change" on February 28, 2022, which added new cave environments, expanded customization options, fresh town-building mechanics, photo mode improvements, and a significant number of bug fixes. Both updates were meaningful additions to the game's content and systems.
After February 28, 2022, there are no further developer communications about new content updates. The most recent news post — a March 17, 2025 Steam Sale promotional post — references the "Winds of Change" update in the past tense as a feature already delivered, with no mention of anything new or upcoming. No DLC has been announced or listed. No roadmap or future content commitments have been made.
With two post-launch updates both delivered and no subsequent developer communications about additional content for over four years (since February 28, 2022), the game's development appears to have concluded after the Winds of Change update.
