Handshakes

Handshakes is a compact, free-to-play sokoban puzzle game that launched on January 13, 2023 with 30 puzzles. The developer shipped a handful of small patches and feature updates in the weeks following launch, then explicitly stated on February 27, 2023 that this marked "the last planned update for Handshakes," with the team redirecting full attention to their sequel, Handshakes: Hands On. The only paid add-on — a Soundtrack Supporter Pack — released on March 6, 2023 and has been available since. No unreleased DLC exists in the store listing. All subsequent developer communications concern the sequel. On January 13, 2024, the developer posted a one-year anniversary message expressing excitement about the sequel. On April 22, 2025, they promoted a friend's game and gave a progress update on the sequel's demo. On September 21, 2026, they announced that the sequel's demo has now launched, and used the opportunity to push a minor Unity update to the base game. None of these posts announce or imply new content for Handshakes itself. Handshakes is a complete, finished product. The last shipped content was the Soundtrack Supporter Pack on March 6, 2023.
