Evaluation
Heart's Medicine - Doctor's Oath launched on June 25, 2020 as a complete, self-contained casual game. The store description explicitly states "Play the full game with no extra charges" and describes a fixed story with a defined structure — 240 levels across six hospital wards following a single narrative arc. There is no season pass, DLC, or post-launch content framework in place. While the store description originally mentioned "more to come" regarding additional levels, no DLC or expansions have been listed, and there have been no developer communications announcing unshipped content. The game appears to have launched as a finished product and has operated as one ever since. There is no evidence of post-launch updates or ongoing development activity.
