Evaluation
The developer published an explicit completion announcement on November 27, 2019, titled "Completion Of Hell Wedding," stating: "Hell Wedding is really over" and "The story I want to tell is finished." This is a direct, unambiguous statement that development is complete. The game's sole DLC — Chapter 3 — was released on May 30, 2019, prior to this announcement. No unreleased DLC exists, no roadmap for future content has been shared, and there have been no developer communications suggesting additional content since the completion post. The game launched on Steam on June 1, 2020 as a finished product.
