Hentai Mosaique Fix-IT Shoppe launched on July 29, 2019 and received a series of post-launch content updates. The last notable update was Content Update #5 on December 19, 2019, which added 6 Christmas puzzles, a new ability, new achievements, and new images for DLC owners — bringing the total girl count to 7 and completing the content roster described in the current store page. Both DLC items (the free R18 expansion and the Arts DLC) shipped in 2019, and no DLC entries remain unreleased. After December 2019, the developer's communications shifted entirely to announcing and promoting new, separate titles in their game series — Hentai Mosaique Neko Waifus (January 2020), Mosaique Neko Waifus 3 (August 2020), Mosaique Neko Waifus 4 (February 2021), and eventually a new non-adult puzzler, Mosaica: Arboreal (announced February 2025). None of these posts reference any further updates to Hentai Mosaique Fix-IT Shoppe itself. The studio has been consistently active, just focused on newer projects. No future content for this game has been announced, and the store description reflects the fully shipped content (7 girls, 50+ puzzles, free R18 DLC expanding to 70 puzzles).
