Hentai Simulator launched on August 28, 2020. The developer shipped a hotfix the following day on August 29, 2020, and then a small content update on September 6, 2020 that added a new NPC, new items, and balance adjustments. Since that September 6, 2020 update, there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no patches, announcements, or news posts in over five years. The game launched as a self-contained RPG simulation experience with no announced roadmap, no season pass, and no unreleased DLC listed on the store. The two post-launch updates were minor stabilization and early quality-of-life work typical of a launch window, not an ongoing content development cycle. With no evidence of planned future content and no developer activity since September 6, 2020, the game is best understood as a complete, finished product.
