Herdling

Herdling launched on August 21, 2025 as a complete, self-contained atmospheric adventure game. The store description presents it as a finished narrative experience — a single journey up a mountain with no mention of post-launch content, seasons, or planned expansions. The only DLC is a soundtrack that released on launch day. After launch, the developer shipped several bug-fix patches. In December 2025, Okomotive announced a separate new game (PinKeep) that had been developed in parallel, explicitly stating that "after the recent release of Herdling, the rest of our team is working hard on new concepts, prototypes and drafts for our next emotional journey" — framing Herdling as a completed work. A January 2026 post reinforced this, noting the team is working on new concepts in line with their studio's style, with no mention of any further Herdling content. The most recent post from August 6, 2026 is a sale announcement that again mentions PinKeep as their current project, with no reference to any Herdling updates or additions. There is no roadmap, no announced DLC, no season pass, and no developer statement indicating further content for Herdling is planned.
