HerrAnwalt: Lawyers Legacy entered Steam Early Access on November 4, 2022 and remains in that state. The developer shipped content at a reasonable clip in its first two years: a BabyMode update on November 11, 2022, a Christmas update in December 2022 adding new levels and local multiplayer, a major boss fight update on December 21, 2023, and a Football Update on June 24, 2024 adding new skins and a football game mode. A hotfix followed on July 2, 2024.
Since July 2, 2024, the developer has gone completely silent — no patches, no announcements, no devlogs. Given that the game is still in Early Access (implicitly promising a future 1.0 release) and the developer's historical pattern of updates every several months, the silence now stretching to nearly two years is a meaningful concern. There is no developer statement explaining the delay, confirming the game is still in development, or announcing a 1.0 target. What started as a harmless mission ends up him sending you back to the school desk. Now you not only have to save the students, but to survive a complete school day fighting a variety of teachers.
