Hidden Cats in Santa's Realm

Hidden Cats in Santa's Realm launched on December 18, 2023 as a self-contained holiday hidden-object game. Its one DLC — a printable PDF coloring book — shipped the very next day, on December 19, 2023. Both the base game and its only DLC are fully released, and neither the store description nor any developer communication promises additional content for this specific title. The developer news posts on this game's Steam page are largely announcements and updates for other entries in the Hidden Cats series (Istanbul, Rio de Janeiro, Spooky Village, Christmas), not for Santa's Realm itself. Nukearts Studio is clearly a prolific and active studio that continues to release new standalone games in the series, but those are separate products — not expansions or updates to Santa's Realm. The August 8, 2025 developer post celebrates the series broadly and mentions past locations including "Santa's Realm," framing it as a completed chapter in their ongoing world tour rather than a game with pending updates. The only updates this game itself has received post-launch are a bug fix patch (January 17, 2024) and a security update (October 8, 2025) — both maintenance in nature, with no new content delivered or promised for Santa's Realm specifically. The game launched as a complete, self-contained experience and remains so.
