Evaluation

Hidden Cats of Egypt is a casual hidden-object game that launched on November 22, 2024. The store description presents it as a complete experience — over 100 hidden cats across hand-drawn Egyptian scenes — with no mention of planned updates, roadmaps, or future content. The one DLC listed ("Extra Level") was released on November 13, 2024, even before the base game launched, meaning it was available as a day-one purchase rather than post-launch content. Both developer news posts from late November and early December 2024 are minor bug fixes, and there have been no communications from the developer since December 2, 2024. There are no announced expansions, no unreleased DLC, and no indication from the developer of any planned future content. The game launched as a finished product.
