Home Sweet Home EP2 launched on September 24, 2019 as the first part of a two-part episodic release. The second part of the game was delivered as a free update on December 15, 2019 (patch 1.1.0), completing the content originally promised at launch. Following that, the developer shipped a couple of small bug-fix patches, with the last update arriving on January 7, 2020. Since then, there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no announcements, patches, or roadmaps. The last post (April 26, 2020) was a promotional discount announcement, not a content update. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store, and the developer has not announced any future content. The game appears to have shipped as a complete episodic product, with all planned content delivered by early 2020.

Synopsis
Since his wife’s disappearance, Tim has searched tirelessly for her but remains no closer to the truth. Awakening in a mysterious forest, Tim feels beckoned to explore his mysterious new surroundings only to be set upon by villagers seemingly possessed by some sort of evil spirit as well as a mysterious and seemingly invisible Thai Dancer. Doggedly pursued through the forest and beyond, Tim must race against time to not only survive the evil all around him, but piece together the clues in an attempt to find his missing wife.
