Horsey Game

Horsey Game launched on February 18, 2026 and has received steady post-launch updates from Captain Games. The developer shipped a Mac port, a full graphics renderer rewrite, new in-game locations (an abandoned racetrack), and numerous bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements across roughly a dozen updates between launch and May 14, 2026 — the most recent communication. All of these updates are patches and feature improvements to the existing game rather than named DLC, expansions, or additional content packages. No roadmap, season pass, or announcement of future content has been published. The developer has not signaled that more substantial content is planned beyond maintaining and polishing what shipped at launch. As of today (August 20, 2026), there has been no developer communication since May 14, 2026 — over three months of silence. Given that the game is now outside the recently-launched window, has no outstanding content commitments, has no post-launch major content pattern to speak of, and has gone quiet after a burst of launch-window polish, the game is best assessed as a complete, finished product.
