House of Detention

House of Detention launched on May 29, 2020, accompanied by a free Adult 18+ Patch. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped a substantial update on June 4, 2020 adding PvP multiplayer, three new locations, and professional voice acting. A further update on January 5, 2021 added an 8-location cooperative mode with voice chat. After January 2021, no further content updates were made to House of Detention itself. The developer's news posts from 2021 onward are announcements promoting other games from the same studio and its associates — Miss Furry, Innocent Girl, Furry Love 2, Mister Furry, House of Lizards, and Mister Furry: Hot Muscles — none of which are updates to this game. On December 23, 2023, the developer posted that "a new game, next chapter of House of Detention is in development." This refers to a separate sequel/follow-up title, not additional content for House of Detention itself. The subsequent release of Mister Furry: Hot Muscles (May 31, 2024) does not appear to be that sequel, and no further communication about the sequel or any new content for House of Detention has been made since that December 2023 post. The only DLC listed — the free Adult 18+ Patch — was released before the game itself launched and is fully available. No unreleased DLC exists. With no further content updates since January 2021 and no announced future content specifically for this game, House of Detention appears to be a completed, self-contained release.
