Hunting Simulator 2

Hunting Simulator 2 launched on July 16, 2020 and received post-launch support including a major feature patch on December 14, 2020 and a paid DLC expansion, "A Ranger's Life," on March 25, 2021. That expansion is the last piece of content the developer shipped for the game. All four DLC items listed on the store are released, and no new DLC has been announced. Developer communications in 2026 confirm that the studio's focus has fully moved on to the next game in the series. Posts on April 30, May 7, and September 10, 2026 — all made on the Hunting Simulator 2 store page — announce gameplay reveals, playtesting, and the confirmed October 29, 2026 launch date for Hunting Simulator 3. None of these posts mention any further content or updates for Hunting Simulator 2. The developer explicitly noted in the May 7 post that they were "excited to share something special" related to HS3 and directed the community to follow the sequel's page going forward. With Hunting Simulator 3 now confirmed as "gold" and launching imminently, development resources are clearly dedicated to the new title. Hunting Simulator 2 is a complete, standalone product.
