Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3 V Generation launched on October 30, 2015 and has received all of its post-launch content. The DLC catalogue comprises nine items, all of which have shipped — the most recent being the Lili Dungeon, Mini Island Dungeon, Giant Island Dungeon, Shares, and Survival Mode packs, all released on April 15, 2019, followed by the Uzume Battle Entry pack on May 17, 2019. Following these DLC releases, the developer issued one final patch on January 22, 2020 addressing minor DLC issues and general optimisation. That January 2020 patch represents the last official communication specific to this game. No new content has been announced or released since then, and the store description makes no mention of upcoming additions. The recent news posts from Idea Factory (March 2026, December 2025, February 2026) are announcements for entirely different games in the publisher's catalogue and contain no references to Re;Birth3. The game is a complete, self-contained package with no outstanding commitments.

It’s time to Nep-Nep like it’s 1989. Neptune’s been sucked into an alternate dimension of Gamindustri! In order for her to escape from this late ‘80s world, Neptune will have to collect enough shares to open up the path to her own dimension. Sounds easy enough – except a nefarious alliance called the Seven Sages wants to rid Gamindustri of all CPUs, including Neptune!
Forging cross-dimensional friendships, will Neptune be able to defeat the Seven Sages, save this alternate dimension and get back to her own, or will she be stuck in the ‘80s forever?
