Megadimension Neptunia VII launched on July 5, 2016, with all 12 of its DLC items released on the same day as the base game. The post-launch developer activity consisted of two performance and compatibility patches in July 2016 (July 19 and July 29), and no further updates or announcements specific to this game have been made since. The news posts from 2018 and 2019 that appear in this game's feed are announcements for entirely separate Neptunia-series titles (Megadimension Neptunia VIIR, Neptunia Shooter, Death end re;Quest, Super Neptunia RPG) published by the same developer on the same Steam publisher page — they contain no new content commitments for this game. All DLC shipped on launch day, no unreleased DLC exists, no roadmap or future content was ever announced, and the developer has not communicated anything about this game since July 2016. The game launched as a complete package and has remained so.
