ILA: A Frosty Glide launched on October 20, 2025 as a complete cozy exploration platformer. The game was funded via a successful Kickstarter campaign in February 2025 (€26,363 from 678 backers), which unlocked stretch goals for an Ice Outfit costume and a Nintendo Switch version — neither of which constitute post-launch story or gameplay content additions to the Steam release itself. At launch, two supplemental DLC items were available: a Digital Artbook & Storytelling pack (released October 20, 2025) and an official Soundtrack (released December 31, 2025). Both are cosmetic/media add-ons with no gameplay content. Following launch, the developer issued a feature patch on October 22, 2025 (Patch 1.0.0.6) with balance tuning and bug fixes, and a second feature patch on March 18, 2026 adding a Post-Game Collectible Helper system along with quality-of-life improvements. These are polish and quality-of-life updates rather than new story or world content.
