Incredible Mandy launched as a full game on November 26, 2018 and received a series of post-launch patches through December 2019 — the most substantial being Version 1.3 on December 25, 2019, which added four new languages, performance optimizations, and UI improvements. Since then, Dotoyou Games has posted no further updates to Incredible Mandy itself. The developer has remained active as a studio, releasing other games (Breaking Box: Rush! in October 2023 and BackSlap in June 2025), and used the Incredible Mandy store page to announce a promotional discount in 2023 — but neither post announced new content for the game itself. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced expansions, and no developer statements indicating any further content is planned. The game shipped as a self-contained narrative adventure with eight levels and eight boss fights, and the developer's communications consistently treat it as a completed product.
