Evaluation
Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine is a re-release on Steam (November 16, 2018) of the original 1999 LucasArts action-adventure game. The store description is a straightforward summary of the game's single-player content — 17 chapters, a fixed roster of weapons, and a defined set of locations — with no mention of post-launch content, downloadable additions, or ongoing development. There are no DLC listings, no developer news posts, no roadmap, and no announcements of future content of any kind. This is a classic game that was brought to Steam as a complete, self-contained package. There is nothing to suggest any content was ever planned beyond what shipped at launch.
