Evaluation

Tomb Raider II is a classic 1997 action-adventure game that was released on Steam on November 28, 2012. It is a standalone, complete release of the original game — no post-launch content has been added to this specific Steam listing, and no further updates or DLC are planned for it. The developer news associated with this Steam page relates to separate remastered collection products (Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, released February 15, 2024, and Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, released February 14, 2025) — these are distinct products sold separately on Steam and do not represent new content for this original 1997 release. Tomb Raider II shipped as a finished, self-contained game and has remained unchanged since its Steam release.
