Invisigun Reloaded launched on February 8, 2017 and received a steady stream of updates through its early life. The developer shipped two named major content updates post-launch: the Cronus Update on December 29, 2017 (adding a new hero, a new planet with 7 maps, and full Spanish localization), and the large "Reloaded" overhaul on August 22, 2019 (adding the Hero's Journey single-player campaign, three new heroes, Nintendo Switch crossplay, and a full rebrand). Between and after those, the developer shipped several feature patches adding new maps, powerups, spectator mode, emotes, localization, and balance changes. The most recent developer communication on record is a performance patch (v1.8.7) published on June 14, 2020, which focused on Nintendo Switch online fixes and added Russian localization. Since that date — now more than six years ago — there have been no further posts, patches, announcements, or developer communications of any kind. The sole DLC listed (the soundtrack) has been released. No roadmap, season pass, or unshipped content has ever been announced. The developer has not stated that development is over, but the extended and complete silence since June 14, 2020, combined with the absence of any outstanding commitments or announced future content, strongly indicates the game reached its final state with that last patch.
