On May 17, 2018, the developer formally ended Early Access for this game, leaving it in its current state under the name "Jet Racing Extreme: The First Encounter." No further content was ever planned — the developer's focus moved entirely to a new project built on Unreal Engine 4. The game has had no developer communications since that May 2018 post.
Crucially, the game is no longer available for purchase on Steam. With no active purchase options, the game has been removed from sale and cannot be acquired by new players.
