Khet 2.0

Khet 2.0 is a digital adaptation of the board game Khet 2.0, released on October 1, 2014. The game shipped as a complete product — a faithful recreation of the physical board game — and received post-launch updates focused primarily on bug fixes, performance improvements, and translation additions. A single DLC, the "Eye of Horus Beam Splitter" expansion (mirroring the physical board game's expansion), launched on November 7, 2014, and is the only DLC ever listed for the game. It has been released for over a decade. The developer's post-launch activity consisted of bug fixes and minor feature additions (async play in April 2015, Russian/Polish/Czech translations, performance improvements) through 2016. The most recent developer communication found was a May 9, 2017 announcement about a different game (Lost Cities) posted to the Khet page. There have been no updates, patches, or announcements for Khet itself since November 2016. The developer has not announced any future content for the game, and no unreleased DLC exists in the store listing. BlueLine Games has continued to develop and release other titles, so the studio remains active — but Khet 2.0 itself has received no developer attention since late 2016. Given that the game is a complete, faithful adaptation of a physical board game with its one known expansion already shipped, this is consistent with the game being a finished product. The last meaningful content addition was the async play feature in April 2015; since then, all updates were maintenance-only.
