Evaluation

Killer: Infected One of Us launched on February 1, 2021 as a casual online multiplayer game. The only developer communication directly related to this game is a feature patch (Update #1.5) published on February 8, 2021, just one week after launch. That update added features and fixed bugs based on player feedback, and the developer noted the game was "still being finalized and supplemented." However, no further updates of any kind have been posted for this game since February 8, 2021 — a span of over five years with complete silence. The remaining news posts visible in the developer's feed are all for entirely different games published by the same studio or its associated publisher: Heads Will Roll: Reforged, Skelethrone: The Chronicles of Ericona, Doomer, Dreamout, HMUR, and Neon Doomer 85. None of these reference Killer: Infected One of Us, and none indicate any plans to return to it. There is no DLC listed, no roadmap, no announced future content, and no developer statement about ongoing plans. Given the total absence of developer communication since February 8, 2021, and the clear pattern of the studio having moved on to other projects, this game appears to have reached its final state shortly after launch.

About this game

The game takes place in 2040. From the headquarters of Arctic comes a statement about finding the new organisms. You and your team are going to a research expedition to study the unknown organisms. The research gets out of control and one or even more people are infected with a new unknown deadly virus "Virus-40". The virus clouds people’s judgement and forces them to infect the others with a deadly virus in order to ruin the expedition.

Players are divided into 2 roles:
•Infected - whose main goal is to infect everyone else, to deny being infection and blend in with other members of the expedition.
•Healthy - find the infected person and cure him/her with an antidote and prove that you are healthy to others, and also to survive it is necessary to maintain the station in staff state.

If the antidote is administered to a healthy person, then the medicine will have the opposite fatal effect.

Features:
- Voice and text chat
- Exciting quests
- Bonus system
- Secret locations
- Nice soundtrack
- Anonymous voting
- Beautiful visuals
