King's Bounty II launched on August 24, 2021 as a complete, story-driven RPG. Following launch, the developer (then operating as 1C Entertainment) released a series of bug fix and improvement patches through early 2022: Hotfix #1 (September 10, 2021), Hotfix #2 (September 28, 2021), Hotfix #3 (October 19, 2021), and Patch #2 (February 17, 2022). These addressed stability, balance, UI, and quest issues. The September 28, 2021 hotfix post mentioned that "possible DLCs aren't included" in their short-term plan, but no DLC beyond the day-one digital artbook, soundtrack, and upgrade pack was ever announced or released. After February 17, 2022, there have been no further patches, updates, or developer communications specific to King's Bounty II. The developer's news feed shifted entirely to promoting other titles — notably The Pegasus Expedition (a different game) in June 2023 and a new title called Bylina in October 2024. All three DLC items (artbook, soundtrack, and upgrade pack) were released on launch day and no additional DLC has been listed. The game launched as a complete single-player experience. Post-launch activity was limited to polish patches in the months immediately following release, and development on this title appears to have concluded by February 2022.
