Evaluation
Kitten Adventures in City Park launched on September 8, 2017 as a self-contained children's adventure game. The developer was active post-launch through early 2019, shipping several patches and small feature updates — including language translations, UI improvements, and bug fixes — along with one paid DLC (Bonus Content) that released alongside the game on launch day.
The last recorded developer communication was a bug fix post on April 10, 2019, addressing a language auto-detection issue. There have been no developer posts, patches, or announcements of any kind since that date. The game's single DLC is fully released, no further content was announced, and the developer's own post from January 2018 describing translation plans ("future plans: full translation to Japanese, and then Ukrainian, and then French") appears to have been carried out incrementally through the 2017–2019 update period, with no outstanding promises left open after the final patch.
The store description presents the game as a complete, standalone experience with a clear beginning and end. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap, no season pass, and no indication that the developer intends to add further content. The game launched as a finished product and received a modest post-launch support period before going quiet. It is considered complete as of the last developer update on April 10, 2019.
Evidence
Final developer communication: a bug fix for language auto-detection. No mention of future updates or planned content.
Christmas update added Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, and Romanian translations — consistent with the translation plans announced in January 2018, indicating those commitments were fulfilled.

About this game
It's hard to be a kitten when you have such a clumsy owner! Yesterday she lost a lot of things in the park and now it's up to you to find them!
Memories of that day can be helpful - you should remember where you've seen these things last and search there. And finally you can climb up a tree and ask a big cat for a hint – you will see all the events of that day again.
But sometimes it's not enough to just find a lost thing. Some residents of the park may already be using it, like mice or ants. In that case you may have to bring them something in exchange for a lost thing – only then you will get it back.
Game features:
