Evaluation
Lamia Must Die is a small, self-contained RPG that originated as a game jam contest entry. The developer released it on Steam on August 26, 2015, followed by a few rapid hotfixes and balance tweaks in the days immediately after launch (through August 31, 2015). These post-launch patches addressed minor bugs and audio issues typical of a fresh release, and no new content was added.
By March 2016, the developer had moved on entirely — posting a news update on March 16, 2017 to announce a different, unrelated game they had spent over three years making. This post reads as a farewell acknowledgment to the Lamia Must Die community, not a signal of continued development on this title.
The store description itself frames the game as a complete, self-contained experience: it has an opening, a boss fight, and multiple endings depending on which heroes survive. There is no DLC, no season pass, no roadmap, and no post-launch content of any kind. The developer has made no statements suggesting further content is planned, and there has been no developer communication specific to this game since August 31, 2015. The game launched as a finished product and has remained that way.
Evidence
Developer announced a new, unrelated game on Steam, referencing Lamia Must Die as a past project. Framed as a fond farewell to the community, not a sign of continued work on this title.
Store description presents the game as a complete, self-contained experience with a fixed structure: an opening, a boss fight against Lamia, and multiple endings. No mention of future content, DLC, or updates.

About this game
Abstract
Lamia must die! was a contest entry done for Encounters of Boss Kind. Since it actually placed 3rd of 28 entries (going for a tie with Demon Slayer Z), I went ahead and improved the game with improved graphics and more depth involving battle system before release to general public. It has an opening, the fight against Lamia herself and then the ending which is afflicted by which of the heroes survive. If all four heroes survive, there's a special ending. The battle can be somewhat tricky and requires use of strategy. The difficulty is medium-hard to hard, depending on how familiar with RPG mechanics you are.
