Lenna's Inception launched on January 17, 2020 and received one major content update — Update 1.1 on August 31, 2020 — which added New Game+, new biomes, new enemies, new weapons, and several quality-of-life features. Following that, Bytten Studio issued a series of bug-fix patches, with the last known communication being a small patch (v1.1.8) on January 22, 2022 addressing controller and network crashes. There have been no developer posts, announcements, or content updates since that date. The studio's attention appears to have shifted to their next game, Cassette Beasts, which was teased as early as the June 2020 patch notes. The only DLC — the soundtrack — was released on launch day. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, and no ongoing update pattern beyond the single post-launch content drop followed by maintenance patches. The game launched as a complete product, received one substantial content update, and has been in a stable, finished state since early 2022.

But it won’t be easy--all she has to guide her is the voice of the deceased elder, and he seems to know more than he’s letting on...
Explore a dangerous island filled with dungeons, and defeat the eight archangels to bring order to a glitched-out kingdom in this top-down Zelda-like action-adventure game. Playable in 8-bit and 32-bit pixel art styles!
