Evaluation
Looking For Cats In a Badly Drawn City launched on January 25, 2024 as a free-to-play casual hidden object game with a single, self-contained objective: find 100 cats hidden throughout the city. The store description presents a complete, finite experience with no mention of additional content, updates, seasons, or expansions. There are no DLC listings, no developer news posts, and no roadmap of any kind. The game was designed and shipped as a finished product, and there is no indication from the developer that any further content is planned.
Evidence
Store description presents a fully self-contained experience: find 100 hidden cats in a single city environment. No mention of updates, additional content, or ongoing development.
Short description reinforces the finite, complete scope of the game — one city, 100 cats to find.

About this game
Welcome to the badly drawn town where the kittens hide!
Explore the amazing corners of a city full of jagged lines and curved outlines. Your goal is to find 100 cats hidden in the most unexpected places!
Make your way through the streets and alleyways, looking for cat silhouettes on the roofs and windows of skyscrapers. Listen for magical purrs and follow tails flickering through the clouds!
Look for cats in parks with their mysterious trees, under bridges and in the most unexpected places, but be careful, some cats will turn their backs on you and you will only be able to spot them by their silhouette.

Use your imagination and keen eye to spot all the cats in the most unusual situations.
