Looking for Heals

Looking for Heals launched on Steam Early Access on June 10, 2019 and graduated to its 1.0 release on March 25, 2021 after roughly two years of development. Following the 1.0 launch, the developer shipped one post-launch update on June 25, 2021 adding a New Adventure+ difficulty mode. Then, on August 3, 2021, the developer (Jay) posted a personal message explaining that life changes would prevent further support of the game, and that this patch — which restored a previously removed direct fighter control feature — was intended to wrap things up. That post reads as a clear farewell, with Jay explicitly writing "Life changes will have me unable to support the game much after this update, but I hope this wraps things for a while." No further updates, announcements, or developer communications have appeared since August 3, 2021. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmaps, and no outstanding commitments. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained roguelike and the developer has effectively signed off.
