Machine Made: Rebirth launched on October 10, 2017, marking the game's full 1.0 release (labeled "Full version release!" in the patch notes). Prior to that, the developer was actively building out the game with a series of updates throughout 2016 and 2017 — adding achievements, new art, expanded content, revised story elements, and balance tweaks. A "Full game" milestone was reached with v2.00 on June 29, 2017, and the official Steam launch followed on October 10, 2017 with v2.01. Two small bug-fix patches followed shortly after in October 2017 (v2.02 and v2.03a), wrapping up launch cleanup. The last developer communication was on October 26, 2017. There are no DLC listings, no announced future content, no roadmaps, and no post-launch update activity beyond those immediate launch-week patches.
