Maitetsu:Last Run!!

Maitetsu: Last Run!! is a visual novel that released on October 30, 2020. Since launch, the developer (Lose) and publisher (HIKARI FIELD) have delivered a series of content additions: a major story update adding new epilogue scenarios in February 2022, a Special Song Collection DLC in September 2021, and a substantial revamped edition of the base game released as DLC ("Rail Romanesque origin") on July 26, 2024, which upgraded visuals to 1080p and added full controller support. Most recently, on April 13, 2026, a free 10th anniversary concert reading play was added to the game. Both DLC entries are released with no unreleased items remaining on the store. The developer has made no announcements of upcoming content after the April 2026 anniversary update, and the anniversary framing of that final update signals a celebratory conclusion rather than an ongoing commitment. The game appears to have reached its natural content endpoint with this anniversary release.
