Dong-Jin Rice-hime launched on April 28, 2017 and received one expansion pack on November 22, 2017, which added two new rice varieties, Japanese voice acting, new achievements, and additional events. That expansion is the only DLC listed, and it has been released. No further content for this game has been announced since then. The most recent developer news posts (January and April 2024) are promotional announcements for an entirely different game — "Sakura And The Airyvixen" — and simply include a footer link back to Rice-hime. A March 2020 post announced an anime adaptation planned for 2021, but that is a separate media project, not in-game content. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap, and no developer statements promising further game content. The game shipped as a complete product and its only paid expansion has been available since November 2017.
