Evaluation
Majotori launched on March 28, 2017 as a complete narrative trivia game. The developer released two feature patches in 2017: a custom questions update on September 11, 2017, and a Halloween question pack with disk-size optimizations on October 26, 2017. That October 2017 update is the last known content addition to the game itself.
The only DLC ever listed — the game's soundtrack — released alongside the game on launch day and is the only item in the DLC catalog, with nothing unreleased.
The most recent developer news post, from October 26, 2025, is an announcement for an entirely different game (Ambidextro), not new content for Majotori. This confirms the studio is still active as a developer but has moved on from Majotori.
With no unreleased DLC, no announced future content, and no post-2017 updates to the game itself, Majotori appears to have shipped as a complete product. The developer has not indicated any plans for additional content.
Evidence
Developer announced a new, unrelated game (Ambidextro) — confirming the studio is still active but not working on Majotori content.
Halloween update added a new batch of questions and disk compression improvements — the last content update to Majotori.
