In the weeks following launch, the developer shipped several feature and bug-fix patches (July 27 and August 3, 2025). A substantial feature patch on September 18, 2025 added bartending, a finance tracking app, and a third-person camera mode. A major content update arrived on January 23, 2026, introducing an entirely new hotel type (the Resort Hotel), furniture coloring, new rugs, dining tables, and paintings. Additional patches followed on January 25 and February 21, 2026. The two major content releases came approximately 6 months apart (launch on July 24, 2025 and the Resort Hotel update on January 23, 2026). The most recent developer communication of any kind was on February 21, 2026. As of today, October 1, 2026, that places the last communication roughly 7 months ago — which is beyond the 6-month silence threshold. However, the game has only produced two identifiable major content milestones, making the cadence less firmly established. The January 2026 major update explicitly stated "Your feedback helps us shape future updates," signaling continued development intent. No announcement of a final update or content conclusion has been made. The developer has not communicated any studio distress or development stoppage.
