Mimpi launched on January 20, 2015 as a complete adventure/puzzle/platformer game featuring 8 levels, collectible comics, and a self-contained story. The developer's post-launch activity was focused on promoting and updating its sequel, Mimpi Dreams, which released on Steam on March 22, 2016. The only update to the original Mimpi game after launch was the addition of Steam trading cards in April 2016 — a cosmetic storefront feature, not new gameplay content. The store description presents the game as a finished product with a fixed feature set. The last developer communication of any kind was a May 26, 2016 post about a sale and a free level update for Mimpi Dreams (not the original Mimpi). There have been no developer posts, patches, or announcements since May 26, 2016.
