Mirai's Midnight Stream launched on June 19–20, 2025 and received a series of post-launch updates in its first few months. Immediately after launch, the developer shipped several feature patches: a gallery system expansion on June 25, travel ending and location adjustments on June 29, a Stat Storage feature on August 27, and — most significantly — a CG animation update on September 18, 2025 that added animated scenes for five stream themes (Outdoor, Exercise, Toys, Furry, and others). This September 18 update fulfilled the developer's publicly stated plan from July 2025 to animate additional static CGs, with the first batch rolling out in August and the main update in September. Since September 18, 2025, there have been no further updates or communications specifically about Mirai's Midnight Stream. Both DLC items (the Collector's Edition and Soundtrack) shipped the day after launch on June 20, 2025, and no unreleased DLC remains on the store. The developer's July 31, 2025 post announced a next fox-based title in development (which has since been revealed as Mirai's Midnight Training, with its store page opening in January–February 2026), but that is a separate standalone game, not additional content for this title. The developer's post-launch communication pattern for this game shows a concentrated burst of updates through September 2025, after which activity shifted to promoting the sequel and other publisher titles. With all announced content delivered, no unreleased DLC, and no developer statements promising further updates to this specific game, the content for Mirai's Midnight Stream appears complete as of the September 18, 2025 CG animation update.

Story

You can only prove yourself by facing the spirit at her strongest, so you agree to help her recover her power in order to engage in a fair and final showdown. After defeating the mighty two-tailed fox spirit Kanou Mirai much quicker than expected, you've decided to work as her manager and help restore her power so that you two can have a proper battle. As you're musing about how to proceed, you come up with a brilliant idea: You'll have her work as a cam girl and do porno streams!

Kanou Mirai: This foxy spirit is an ice-cold beauty, a goddess so stunning she seems to stand above us all. And yet despite this, she was betrayed by the villagers who once worshipped her and is now severely traumatized. Now, even the smallest of matters causes her to accumulate stress, and her psyche is fragile and easily shaken. Her time as a recluse has led to a lack of modern common sense, which often leads to a generation gap with the protagonist.
